Artmaking is one way I reconnect with my purpose, potential, and dignity. Getting regular exercise and eating well helps, too. For me, these things are connected, because they’re all part of what makes me me!
Whether it’s through making art, healthy habits, spending quality time with family, reading a good book, or connecting with a friend, I’m always seeking ways to become more fully myself—more fully who I am called to be as a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and yes, artist!
