Ordering & Terms
Opening Orders
We have an opening order minimum requirement of $100 USD and a re-order minimum of $75 USD.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal via our invoicing system. We offer Net 30 terms to accounts in good standing by request and require credit references.
PROCESSING + shipping
All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. We only ship to the US at this time. Our usual shipping time for in-stock items is 7 business days. Please allow additional time for greeting cards, custom collections or bespoke products. I will communicate estimated ship dates for these items upon receiving your order.
Please flag any special shipping, packaging, and timeline preferences when ordering. Please note that shipping costs are in addition to listed prices.
BACKORDERS, PREORDERS, & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment.
Because I am in the beginning stages of building up an inventory, at this time, please consider all greeting card orders “preorder” or “made to order,” meaning that the items will be sent out for printing when I receive your order.
Bespoke items such as block-printed pocket squares, table linens, or custom fine-art collections require production time. Please indicate your preferred timeline for receiving items when you place your order, or email me hello@tarawrightstudio.com beforehand to ensure availability.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once the products have shipped.
We accept returns for damaged products. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of products.
