New Product: Silk Scarves
Introducing
Pascha
a silk scarf inspired by Easter, featuring my original artwork!
From sketching, to painting, to editing, this project was a joy to work on. It began with a digital sketch which I then painted by hand with fluid acrylic paints on some really wonderful paper. This was such a meditative activity. I chipped away at this large painting during nap times, early mornings, and “late” at night (is 9p.m. late to).
After some cleaning and lots of playing around with different color schemes (this was the most challenging part!), I landed on a mix of creamy white with bold reds and blues.
The design is inspired by Easter, hence the name, Pascha. The lambs and flowers exude the joy of springtime with its promise of growth and new life.
